Booking conditions at the farm Zell am See

Our apartments are non-smoking apartments. You can smoke on the balcony or on the terrace.

Pets are not allowed.

The minimum stay is 3 days. In the main season, bookings are only possible from Saturday to Saturday.

Check in: 3pm - 8pm

Check out:  until 10am

Deposit:

A deposit of 30 percent of the booking sum is required within 10 days. The deposit can be made by bank transfer or credit card.

Cancellation:

In case of cancellation the following costs will be incurred:

Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.

From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, 30% of the total price.

From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, 70% of the total price.

In the last week until arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged.

Possibility of payment on the spot:

Bar, credit card or debit card (Visa, Euro / Mastercard, Maestro)

Travel Cancellation Insurance::

We recommend you take out a travel cancellation insurance. So you are protected in the event that something unexpected happens, which means you can not make your holiday as planned.

You can complete these with the European Travel Insurance.
